Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at La Prestige Paris.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to La Prestige Paris, 5111 W Knox St. Tampa FL 33634.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to La Prestige Paris, accessible from laprestigeparis.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancelling an Order must be done BEFORE you are sent an automatic email with your third party shipping tracking number. Tracking numbers are generated once every 24 hours at 10:00am (EST) each day.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We received Your clear statement to both emails provided.

When Your Order has been shipped and is in process of delivery or already deceived by the third party shipping company then ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

***There is a 40% restocking fee for all products that are returned for any unauthorized reason.***

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. If an Order you received is defective, you must contact us within 24 hours to receive a new product/device. We will NOT exchange the product/device if the damage is from personal use. All exchanges are subject to a $8.99 + tax restocking fee. We may (at will) require proof of purchase along with images/videos of the issue you are experiencing before approval.

We cannot confirm the price of an item until after you have placed your order. Pricing errors may occur on our sites. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing for products described or advertised on La Prestige Paris sites may differ from prices in our online or retail stores (as well as third party online and retail stores) or through mobile applications. Discount codes used with any "sale" or already discounted items are not allowed and will be subject to cancelation and refund.

La Prestige Paris is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or the package was lost, you must contact us within 24 hours and we will file a claim with the shipping company at fault. Until we receive a final response from the third party shipping company regarding the claim, there will be no further action taken to return, refund or exchange. These claims can vary in time before the third party shipping company gets back with us and concludes their investigation  The outcome of the third party shipping claim will be final and not further actions will be taken. Not all cases end in a new shipment or product. If you claim the package was stolen from your property then we require an official police report before moving forward with a claim.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days, checked for any outside damage within 24 hours of delivery but the third party shipping service.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging, unopened, not used in any way, and not damaged from personal use.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly (with or without use) or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 40% restocking fee and up to the customer to pay for return shipping back to the same address as originally sent. No new addresses may be used at any time.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
